5 years agoI used Damascene Catering for an afternoon party for about 45 people. They were very professional, easy to work with, super accommodating and exactly on time! The food (mostly finger food — kibbeh, spinach and cheese pies, baba ghanouj, hummus, pita, falafel and salads) was delicious. Chef Sam and his wife brought the food over and transferred it into my serving platters, bringing along additional garnishes (pomegranate, herbs etc) to decorate. The result was stunning. All in all, an excellent experience. I would definitely use them again!

6 years agoWe tried Damascene catering and we were extremely satisfied with both the food and service. We ordered their Ramadan special and the food was authentic (Syrian cuisine) and delicious. Food was delivered right on time. We will definitely order from Damascene again and recommend them.

6 years agoWe just had an amazing party for 70 people and were so happy with Mike and the crew at Damascene Catering! Everyone raved about the food and the price was so reasonable and it was the easiest experience. Thank you for making my birthday so special. Will be back soon!

8 years agoDelicious food, excellent service! We received a quick, positive response to our inquiry about catering our lunch for 15 people. We chose a varied menu of vegetarian dishes and one chicken dish. The food arrived on-time, fresh, ready-to-serve, and beautifully displayed. I highly recommend Damascene!

8 years agoDamascene catered the food for my daughter's wedding for 160 people at the Diyanet Center in Lanham, MD on August 12. They also provided the dining ware (plates, cups, silverware.) They also catered dinner for the entire family the night before and the sweets for the "kitab" ceremony. The entire experience was absolutely amazing! Chef Sam and Ms. Fotoun took their time to understand exactly what we needed and offered a ton of helpful advice. At the event itself, things went very smoothly and the result was really impressive. The resst of the Damascene crew, Maya and Waseem were also amazing. I highly recommend Damascene for any event, large or small, whatever the occasion.

9 years agoWe were thrilled with our delicious assortment from Damascene Catering during our farewell office lunch in Old Town Alexandria. Chef Sam and Foutoun's creations are nothing like we have ever tasted before. The authenticity of each morsel of food and the incredible story about how they were made kept us from diving into each dish. But when we did, we actually inhaled their generous catering portions. I would recommend Damascene Catering to all for any occasion. You will be pleasantly surprised!

9 years agoDamascene catered our business lunch event of 100+ guests. The food was amazing! Especially the stuffed grape leaves, eggplant dip, the rice-meat-nut dishes and the cheese desserts. Blown away. Thrilled to bring Syrian food to our global development event. And what a family! Beautiful people who are great to work with. Your search is over - you have found your magnificent feast.
